Black Ink Dress has an hourglass silhouette and is decorated with corset elements. One of its distinctive features are long puffed raglan sleeves. The dress was inspired by calligraphy art and three of its attributes.
The first one is the moment of nib’s full pressure, when the paper gets filled with rich black colour. This is reflected in the main material of the dress.
The second one is the trail that nib leaves, it is reflected with semi transparent organza.
The last one is corset laces on a skirt that make the dress look like it was written all over with thin lines and also by the silk wide lines meet in an elegant bow on the neck.
The sleeves are decorated with pearl buttons symbolising dots in the art of calligraphy.
