CAN BE MY LA MUSA ITEM CUSTOMIZED OR FITTED FOR ME?

If you wish customize/adjust the item please send us an email on customerservice@yourmusa.com.

For the items of category Eveningwear you have an option to change an existing model, material or colour/fit/customize the item for details go to the page ‘LA MUSA ATEGLIER’ or send us your question at lamusa@yourmusa.com.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from customeservice@yourmusa.com. Using the tracking number in this email you will be able to track your order on the website of your goverment logistic company. Please note that changes to the delivery address can only be facilitated within the same country as the original delivery address.

WHERE DOES LA MUSA SHIP TO?

We are happy to inform all our customers that we have free worldwide delivery.

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDER DO YOU USE?

LA MUSA use government avia logistic company for all EU customer orders purchased online. For non EU customers we use DHL and Meest express logistics.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders placed on yourmusa.com. For most EU orders, delivery is guaranteed within 10/14 working days. Orders being delivered to the rest of the world will take 2-3 weeks and orders being delivered to the rest of the world will take 2-3 weeks.

If you made a custom order at ‘LA MUSA ATEGLIER’ or customized item from LA MUSA collections, fulfillment of the order will take longer than regular orders made from the assortment of our collections and in the variation of our standard sizes.

LA MUSA is not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. If you did not receive the order you gave more than 3 weeks ago please let us know –  customeservice@yourmusa.comWe will do our best to solve your problem or we will provide you more information about delay.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order please call +380675464164 or e-mail customeservice@yourmusa.com , quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.

CAN MY ITEM BE GIFTED WRAPED?

LA MUSA products are wrapped in tissue paper in a signature branded box that is perfect for gift giving. You can also add the name of gift receiver on the postcard from inside of the box. To realize this option please send us email customeservice@yourmusa.com .

HOW DO I CARE OF MY LA MUSA ITEMS BY MY OWN?

Quality garments should be treated with the utmost respect and care. To maintain the beauty, quality and longevity of your beloved eveningwear, lingerie, swim and lounge pieces, we first recommend following the care instructions found on garment care label that you will find in each LA MUSA box. HOW DO I MAKE A WHOLESALE ORDER?

For information on the implementation of the wholesale order, go to the Wholesale Orders section or send us your wholesale offer indicating the models of category Lingerie, Loungewear, Swimwear and quantity to our email lamusawork@gmail.com.

For the category Eveningwear at the moment we do not provide the possibility of wholesale orders.
